4:15 Prep Makes 4 cups Super easy
INGREDIENTS
- 4 ripe bananas
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 165ml can coconut milk
- Roasted coconut chips, to serve
METHOD
- Line a baking tray with baking paper. Peel and cut bananas into 4cm pieces. Place banana, in a single layer, on prepared tray. Freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
- Place frozen banana, raspberries and milk in a food processor. Process, scraping down sides occasionally, until smooth and creamy.
- Working quickly, spoon into serving dishes. Sprinkle with coconut chips. Serve immediately.
